The Amsterdam International Community School (AICS) is a growing International school in Amsterdam. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, collaborative, and knowledgeable colleagues to join our team. Due to the continued growth of our school, we are looking for a Secondary School Dutch Language Acquisition (IB DP and IB MYP) teacher starting in August 2025.

Pay scale between LB (min. €3463 - max. €5277, full-time per month, before tax) or higher scale, depending on experience.

Job size: 0.8- 1.0 fte (full-time employment) 4 or 5 days a week

Start date: 1st August 2025

***a DUO-validated (Dutch Ministry of Education) teaching degree for secondary school education is required to teach in the Netherlands*** Please go to the following link for the certification and validation request.

Afterwards, you will be interviewed to get an idea of whether you are suitable for the position. Of course, we look at your knowledge and experience, but especially at your motives and ambitions.
